Inflow is an AI email assistant browser extension.

What we collect

• Account information from authentication providers such as Google or Microsoft (email address, and optionally profile picture).
• Text you choose to submit to generate AI output (e.g., prompts, email text, or content used with AI features).
• Subscription status (via Stripe) if you upgrade.

Payments and subscription billing are processed securely through Stripe. Inflow does not directly store full payment card details.

How we use data

• To authenticate you and show your plan.
• To generate AI outputs you request.
• To operate billing and prevent abuse.

Inflow only processes email content when you actively use an AI feature within the extension. Inflow does not continuously monitor your inbox or automatically send emails on your behalf.

Third parties

We use third-party providers to operate Inflow, including Google and Microsoft (sign-in), Stripe (billing), Supabase (database), and OpenAI (AI processing).

AI-generated features may use third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, to process the text you submit in order to generate responses, summaries, or rewritten content.

Data retention

We do not aim to store your email contents. We may store account identifiers (such as email address), plan status, and usage-related information required to operate the service. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data or confidential information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect user information, but no system is 100% secure.
