Inflow is a productivity tool that uses artificial intelligence to assist with drafting, rewriting, summarising, and improving email content. Inflow provides suggestions only and does not send emails or take actions on your behalf without your approval.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content generated by Inflow before use. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. You must not rely on Inflow as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
You agree not to use Inflow for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unethical purposes. You must not use Inflow to generate spam, harassment, fraud, or content that violates the rights of others.
Inflow processes the text you provide, including the content of the email currently open in your browser, in order to generate AI-assisted outputs. It does not access your inbox, stored emails, or messages unless you actively open them. You should not submit highly sensitive personal data or confidential information unless you are comfortable with it being processed for this purpose. Inflow does not intentionally sell your personal data.
Inflow integrates with third-party platforms such as email providers and AI services. Email content submitted through AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, solely for the purpose of generating requested outputs.
Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Inflow is not responsible for the actions, availability, or behaviour of third-party services.
Certain features of Inflow require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the provided subscription management tools. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Inflow offers access to AI-assisted features subject to reasonable usage limits, fair use protections, and service availability. To protect service quality and prevent abuse, usage may be subject to rate-limiting, temporary restrictions, or suspension for excessive or abusive activity.
Inflow may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Inflow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inflow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm.
By using Inflow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy.
Inflow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Google, Gmail, Microsoft, or Outlook.
